In response to the “Guidelines for the Filing of Overseas Listing by Domestic Companies” issued by the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC), we invited Mr. Guo Yaoli, Senior Partner at Beijing Dacheng Law Offices, LLP, and Mr. Leung Chin Sing, Chief Operating Officer at Kingsway Capital Limited, as our guest speakers to elaborate on the new filing system. The system requires Mainland enterprises and overseas-incorporated companies with principal operations in the Mainland to file with the CSRC for overseas listings and securities offerings so as to strengthen supervision and ensure compliance. We appreciate the in-depth analysis of the impact of the system on listing issuers presented by Mr. Guo Yaoli, who shared practical guidance and advices covering compliance requirements, evaluation process of stock exchanges as well as potential challenges.
